Giving Tuesday, which falls this year on December 3, is the annual day of generosity and giving to those in need.
This election cycle, immigrants have been put in the spotlight and have been a huge factor in choosing our next President. For many, their safety, livelihoods, and ability to remain in the U.S. now hang in the balance. However we may feel about immigration as a political issue, it's clear that as a society, our current approach needs to change.

The power to make change doesn't only belong to politicians. By supporting newcomers and organizations like CIANA this Giving Tuesday, we all can enact the change we need in order to resolve the migrant situation, and to foster unity and understanding. Here's how:
